Nu vid påsken så har jag gjort en helt vanlig kladdkaka och sprittsat lite grädde på och sedan satt på små godis ägg. Jätte gott och fint blev det också :)

Här har ni receptet + bilder på min kladdkaka :)

Ni behöver:
100g smör
2ägg
3dl Strösocker
2 1/2 dl Vetemjöl
4msk Kakao
1 1/2 tsk vaniljsocker
1/2 krm salt

På Kladdkakan:

Grädde

Godis ägg

Såhär gör du: Smörj och bröa en form med en löstagbar kant, ca 21cm i diameter. Smält smöret på låg värme. Vispa sedan ägg och socker pösigt och tillsätt sedan smöret.
